Meet the Founder of Gutter Experts

The story of Gutter Experts begins with hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to building something of lasting value.

In 1997, at just 19 years old, I immigrated to Sacramento from Uzbekistan with the goal of building a better future. Like many immigrants, I arrived with determination, a willingness to work hard, and a desire to create opportunities for my family.

In 1998, I began my construction career with Beutler, where I spent the next seven years developing my skills and gaining valuable experience in residential construction. I eventually became a foreman, supervising a crew of 12 employees while overseeing five construction sites in the Natomas area. During that time, the company was involved in a major development contract covering approximately 16,000 homes within a five-mile radius of what was then Arco Arena.

Through those years in the construction industry, I gained hands-on experience in HVAC installation, flashing, gutters, and other areas of residential construction. These experiences became the foundation for what would eventually become Gutter Experts.

In 2005, the economic downturn brought significant changes to the construction industry, and I was laid off. Rather than allowing that setback to define my future, I decided to take what I had learned and build something of my own.

In 2009, I officially founded Gutter Experts Inc.

Since then, I have had the opportunity to build lasting relationships with large and small construction companies, contractors, and homeowners throughout the Sacramento area. Our company has grown through referrals, repeat customers, and a commitment to doing quality work the right way.

Family has always been at the heart of my journey. I married my wife, Anna, in 2003, and nine months later, we welcomed our first son, Andrey. Today, we are blessed with 13 children—seven daughters and six sons. Building a business while raising a large family has taught me the importance of responsibility, perseverance, and treating people with honesty and respect.

Today, Gutter Experts continues to grow. We are expanding into new areas while remaining committed to serving Sacramento and the surrounding communities. After decades in the construction industry, my goal remains the same: to provide dependable workmanship, stand behind our work, and treat every customer like a neighbor.

What began with an immigrant arriving in Sacramento at 19 years old has grown into a family business built on hard work, experience, relationships, and a commitment to the community we call home.
